The Hi-Tec Walker Bay Outdoor Trail Run on 1 May will take you on an adventure up and down the slopes of the internationally known Overberg. . MTB individual races: Participants have the option of either a 2-day stage race or 1-day option. Since the event sold out the last two years, organisers look forward to another incredibly successful event on 2 May.. Walking starts at the Visitors’ Centre on 1 May at an elevation of just under 100 m, it is a one-hour hike up to the bench and viewpoint at the top of Adder Ladder at an elevation of 300 m, passing through the Boekenhout Forest on the way. It is a further half an hour across the Jeep Track to White Rock, where one can take the left or right paths to Galpin Hut which is a further half-hour away at an elevation of 500 m.
