A 44-year-old woman appeared in the Hermanus Magistrates’ Court early this week after allegedly stabbing a man to death during an argument.
Captain Fadila September, spokesperson for Hermanus police, reports that police officials who were on patrol in the area on Saturday 15 January were stopped by members of the public and informed that a man was stabbed in Illisa Street, Zwelihle.
“It is alleged the deceased and his landlady were involved in a quarrel when he was stabbed in the chest,” she reported. “The woman was arrested and faces a charge of murder.”
