It is time for the big Makietie at Greyton after this picturesque town won the Kwêla Dorp van die Jaar competition.
On Friday 11 February the smaller intimate venue of sloping lawns at Greyton Lodge will host Anna Davel while a little later Corlea and Refentse will play on the main stage at 38 Main Road.
On Saturday at noon, Greyton Lodge will host Pedro Kruger, and later from 17:45 onwards, the main stage starts with a line-up of note: the 1925 Band, followed by the superb Francois van Coke and then the amazing Die Heuwels Fantasties.
There are limited tickets available for these concerts which are very reasonably priced due to generous sponsorship from Kia and Kwêla.
Altogether 10% of the net proceeds go to Greyton Charities so please support the events. In addition, for free you can meet and see Hannes van Wyk from Kwêla at the DRC Hall on Saturday at noon.
Tickets are available from the Greyton Tourism office at 028 254 9564 and Quicket.
