A section of the R43 between Stanford and Gansbaai will be closed from 16 to 23 January for contractors to pave the first section of the right-hand side of the road. Overstrand Municipal Manager Dean O’Neill explained that the temporary closure applies to the section of the road from Stanford towards the Mathilda Street intersection in the direction of Gansbaai. A detour route will be in place.
