You can save somebody’s life by donating blood.
Head to the Pretorius Hall in Main Road, Gansbaai on Thursday 21 April between 14:30 and 19:00 to donate blood.
You have to be older than 16 and younger than 75 years to donate blood and you also need to weigh more than 50 kg. You must be healthy on the day of donation (no colds or flu) and lead a safe sexual lifestyle.
You can save up to three lives with one donation. It takes 30 minutes every two months to help save a life.
