The Eskom power outage that was planned for 4 October has been postponed.
The new date is Tuesday 24 October from 06:00 to 18:00. (The alternative date is 25 October).
The interruption is necessary to do essential maintenance work on the Hermanus substation. Affected areas include Stanford, Gansbaai, Sandbaai and Hermanus. Hawston, Fisherhaven, Vermont and a big portion of Onrus will not be affected.
