The Overstrand Traffic Services in Hermanus will be open on Saturday 18 November
The offices will be open from 08:30 to 12:00 for car-licence renewal, vehicle registration, roadworthy testing, learners’ and drivers’ licence bookings, public driving permits and payment of traffic fines.
