Theewaterskloof Municipality officially launched its annual Festive Season Safety campaign on 13 December with a multi-stakeholder integrated roadblock. This initiative marks the start of the Festive Season and school holidays, focusing on road-safety awareness, compliance checks and encouraging travellers to explore the unique attractions of the Theewaterskloof area. The Acting Executive Mayor, Cynthia Clayton, addressed law-enforcement officers, traffic officers, police, firefighters, emergency responders, councillors, tourism partners, municipal officials and other stakeholders, thanking them for their dedication.Photo: Mitzi Buys
