Caledon Police need the public’s assistance in locating Anna Bantom, alias Goenie, who went missing more than two weeks ago. Sergeant Thembi Gweyi, spokesperson for the Caledon Police, stated Bantom was reportedly last seen leaving work to return home to Klipheuwel Farm. “She reportedly took a path through the bushes to her home,” he said. “Her boyfriend, John Davids, last saw her on Tuesday 28 June. She was reported missing on 1 July at the Caledon Police Station.” Special sniffer dogs from the police dog unit as well as a drone were used to assist in the search, but with no success yet.
