An 18-year-old man lost his life after a stabbing incident
in Mount Pleasant on Saturday (5 June).
According to Captain Fadila September, spokesperson for the
Hermanus Police, the incident took place at 22:00 that claimed the life of
Jay-Jay Fisher.
“The victim was taken to the provincial hospital with a
taxi. Upon arrival at the hospital the doctor informed the police that the
victim was declared dead on arrival. He had numerous stab wounds,” says Capt
September. Two suspects were detained the following day (6 June).
His stepmother Ilse Fisher was contacted for comment but
could not give any comment at time of going to print.
